Hi y’all! I’m so glad y’all are here! I’ve been Keto since 12-2-17…..as of 9-5-18, I’ve lost 67 lbs., 14.2” from my waist and 10” from my hips. I walk at least 2.5 miles everyday, go to exercise class 3 times a week and to the gym several times a week now. My clothes have gone from XXL/18-20 tops and 16-18 pants to size small tops and size size 6 pants. My health has improved dramatically and I just plain feel better!! I am thisclose to being able to switch to Keto maintenance by changing my carb/protein/fat macros which I calculated today. Keto works and is a lifestyle, not a diet.
